Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the REACH Data Resilience Assessment platform and related services ("Services") operated by REACH Technology ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our Services.

Service Description

Reach Private Limited provides the following services:

  • Data Resilience Assessment — an online self-service assessment tool that evaluates your organization's data resilience posture and provides actionable recommendations.
  • Workshops — interactive sessions for organizations to explore data resilience topics in depth.
  • Consulting services — data infrastructure design, migration, backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity engagements.

Account Registration

To use the assessment platform, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials.
  • Accept responsibility for all activity under your account.
  • Maintain one account per user. Sharing accounts is not permitted.

Subscription and Billing

Access to the assessment platform requires a paid subscription:

  • The subscription fee is $9.50 USD per month.
  • Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
  • Subscriptions auto-renew monthly unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal. Access remains active until the end of the current billing period.
  • Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at resilience@reachtech.biz for refund inquiries.

Acceptable Use

When using our Services, you agree to the following:

  • Use the assessment tool for evaluating your own organization's data resilience posture.
  • Do not redistribute, resell, or share assessment reports with third parties for commercial purposes without our written consent.
  • Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate the assessment methodology.
  • Do not use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could harm the service or other users.

Intellectual Property

The assessment methodology, platform design, content, and all associated intellectual property are owned by Reach Private Limited. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our materials without prior written consent.

You retain ownership of the response data you provide during assessments. We will not share your individual response data with third parties without your consent, except as required to deliver the service or as required by law.

Limitation of Liability

The Data Resilience Assessment provides guidance and recommendations based on your responses. It is not a substitute for professional consulting advice, audit, or compliance certification.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reach Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the platform but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Services may occasionally be unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime in advance.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time:

  • You may cancel your subscription and close your account at any time.
  • We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms.
  • Upon termination, your access to the platform will cease. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us at resilience@reachtech.biz.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
